I bought a couple of refill cartridges for my Pitney Bowes DM100i, and also a bunch of refill ink. I have refilled the cartridge, but the meter still says I am out of ink. I know there is a microchip on the cartridges, both the original and the oem's I bought from you. I was wondering how you reset the chips so I can use the refill ink I bought. Thanks, Adam
